Users agree to ensure that they only upload photos and text from reliable sources, free from viruses and spyware.

Payment can be made on-line using debit or credit card via the secure PayPal payment gateway.

No refunds will be made for any past minutes purchased under any circumstances.

Each minute purchased entitles the purchaser, or their nominee (if the time has been purchased on behalf of someone else), to their individual web page on the site and the ability to upload photographs and text of their choice, which can be edited at any time. Access to the page is password protected, but the purchaser has the option to make their page public if they so wish. There is no limit to the number of available minutes that can be purchased.

No obscene, offensive, indecent, defamatory, menacing, misleading, or, unlawful material will be accepted. Similarly, links to web sites of this nature will also not be accepted.

We will not be held responsible for material uploaded by customers, nor, for the contents of websites to which they may have provided links.

We reserve the right to remove materials, which are made public in the event of legally justified complaints received and no refunds will be made.

It is the responsibility of purchasers to keep their passwords and any other security details safe and we accept no responsibility for any breaches of security caused by purchasers’ own negligence.
